A consultant will be selected in accordance with the method contained in Part V of the World Bank Guidelines for the Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011 Revised July 2014, which can be consulted on the website: www.worldbank.org/ obtain. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The T.A/D.A. will not be admissible. The remuneration would be negotiable according to the qualification and experience of the candidate. The attention of potential persons is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the Guidelines for the selection of consultants: according to which “Consultants shall not be hired for any work that conflicts with their previous or current obligations to other clients, or that may place them in a position of not being able to carry out the assignment in the best interest of the Borrower”.
