Please complete, sign and send each column of the form correctly and send it to the undersigned together with a certified copy of the CNIC. Handwritten applications will not be accepted. Do not attach any other document other than a certified copy of the CNIC.

Only Islamabad and Rawalpindi residents can apply for these positions.

A candidate can apply for more than one position by submitting a separate application form for each position.

The deadline to send the application form is 15 days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Applications form received after the last date will not be considered.
