Draughtsman BS-16:
Matric with a drawing diploma Any government. The Polytechnic Institute or Tracer offers a three-year course.
In Tracer’s case, he has seven years of experience.
(BS-16) Senior Assistant:
Grade “C” or second class A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is required.
In shorthand and typing, a minimum speed of 100/50 words per minute is required.
You must know how to use a computer.
BS-15 (Senior Assistant):
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
If possible, have computer skills.
(BS-14) Data entry operator:
A bachelor’s degree is required.
A one-year computer science / IT diploma is available.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs is required.
A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is required.
The ability to multitask.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working independently with little supervision is a good option for you.
The ability to convert paper data to digital forms.
The ability to write in Urdu.
The ability to use the Internet and email.
The ability to protect the remaining data with antiviral software.
Junior personal assistant:
Intermediate.
In shorthand and typing, a minimum speed of 80/40 words per minute is required.
You must know how to use a computer.
Junior Assistant:
Intermediate, with a preference for computer skills.
Sub assistant BS-09:
Matric.
A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.
If possible, have computer skills.
Candidates with primary education are eligible for additional positions. Applicants for the Personnel Vehicle Driver and Dispatch Passenger positions must have a valid driver’s license. This recruitment is open to both men and women. Quotas for minorities and people with disabilities will be followed in accordance with the government’s hiring policy.

Pursuant to the 1993 Rules on Initial Appointment for Civil Positions (Relaxation of the Upper Age Limit), the maximum age established under the hiring rules for the position would be relaxed.
