Qualification:
F.SC (2nd Division) from a recognized Board with a diploma in the relevant discipline of allied health recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.
Age Limit:
18 to 25 Years

Interested candidates can send the application form together with a copy of the CNIC and 02 recent passport-size photographs to NTS via the courier service at the address mentioned in the application form.
The last date to apply is 12/31/2021 until 3:00 pm
Note: The official announcement will be published on December 16, 2021 and the application forms will be available on the NTS website.
Candidates must present original documents and a set of certified photocopies of all relevant documents at the time of the interview.
Interviews will take place at the appropriate district health authority office.
Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline or closing of office hours on the last date for the submission of the application will not be accepted.
Terms and Conditions
Candidates who have the Manic qualification will apply after completing the Punjab Medical College Condenser Course.
Candidates with disabilities / Special Persons must attach proof of registration from the Department of Social Welfare along with a Certificate of Disability issued by the District Permanent Medical Board.
Candidates must have at least 50% NTS scores to qualify.
In the case of a large number of candidates who qualify for the NTS test, the nominating authority reserves the right to decide on any proportion of the candidates’ threshold scores.
Candidates can apply for more than 01 districts, however, NTS will run only one test and charge a fee against 01 districts.
